Pro: Loved the rustic charm of the hotel and the beautiful courtyard. The fast Wi-Fi was a bonus. The Weser Cycle Path was a great way to explore the area. Con: Moldy shower doors and shabby carpets added a touch of "character" to my stay.

The hotel had a great location, as it was really close to the city center and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good quality bed linen. the staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival.

The hotel has an interesting history and although we were living in Hameln, it was the first time I had actually been inside. The restaurant was very good, friendly staff and an excellent menu. We were moving house at the time of our stay and it was a convenient location.

Apart from the entrance area and restaurant, I thought the bedroom, bathroom and passage ways badly needed updating.

The rooms at Hotel Stadt Hameln are absolutely fantastic! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, like a room safe, a phone, and multiple seating options. Plus, the private bathroom is well equipped with a shower or bathtub, along with a lovely selection of cosmetic products and a hair dryer. As a young guest, these amenities made me feel right at home!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the combined Werra/Fulda seminar room. It felt a bit too small for my liking.
